Terms & Conditions for 453bd Players

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 453bd ("453bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://453bd.bet ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

453bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, 453bd will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

This Agreement is written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with its English-language meaning. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 453bd Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 453bd is an adult-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any service on the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be under any self- exclusion order or account suspension issued by 453bd or any other gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, company, or entity when using the Platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 453bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe constitutes grounds for account suspension.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of products and services on the 453bd Platform — including casino games, sports betting, and financial transactions — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 above.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 453bd. Creating, maintaining, or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 453bd uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 453bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and during subsequent account use must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

KYC Verification

453bd is committed to responsible and secure operations. As part of our KYC process, we may request copies of government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at 453bd's discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

453bd supports a range of payment methods commonly used by players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 453bd is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 453bd reserves the right to apply transaction limits for fraud prevention purposes. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 453bd account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

You may only fund your 453bd account using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from accounts, cards, or wallets belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be reversed and the relevant account flagged for review.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus balances. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

453bd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 453bd will notify the player and work to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.

Currency and Exchange

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction amounts on 453bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 453bd does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required for international card transactions will be handled by the relevant card network at their prevailing exchange rate.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

453bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your 453bd account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount, meaning you must wager the bonus amount twenty times before the bonus balance — and any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn as real money. Individual promotions may carry higher or lower wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated. The standard bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of crediting, unless otherwise stated.

Bonus Abuse

453bd maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts; using a bonus exclusively on low-variance games in a manner designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk; colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms; and using automated software or scripts to play through bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, 453bd reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, deduct any winnings derived from the abused bonus, and in serious cases suspend or terminate the player's account.

General Bonus Restrictions

• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus — typically ৳500 per spin or round. Bets placed above the maximum while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%). Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• 453bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

6 Fair Play & Player Conduct

453bd is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All casino games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by reputable third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 453bd Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit Platform features.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in your favour. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of dishonest play in multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or tamper with the Platform's software, code, or game logic.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 453bd staff or other players via any channel.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information to 453bd at any point during the registration or account use process.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, 453bd will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its correct state. Where restoration is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account balance. 453bd's decision regarding the outcome of a disputed game round is final.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

453bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, collusion, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or court judgment requiring account action.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 453bd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid account closure request, 453bd will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method before finalising the closure. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are subject to the terms of the 453bd Responsible Gaming policy.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 453bd will notify you by email before applying any dormancy fees. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts after appropriate notice has been given. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 453bd, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 453bd is not liable for: losses incurred as a result of gambling on the Platform; losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance; losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials; or any losses arising from circumstances beyond 453bd's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, and government or regulatory actions.

453bd makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely secure. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and security, the nature of internet-based services means that temporary unavailability may occur. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 453bd Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the property of 453bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 453bd.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute between you and 453bd shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits 453bd's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
